Facility History - Executive Summary
Two half Diesel half Gasoline tanks were removed from the State Fuel Network facility at the location. The tanks were removed of any
product and cleaned. The sludge remaining in the tank, approximately 165 gallons, was taken for disposal to Sump and Trap Cleaning
located in West Salt Lake City. The tanks were inerted and taken to Juab County Landfill. The highest recorded contamination was
barely over ISL's.
