Dear Mr. Bird,
Kinder Morgan Altamont LLC respectfully submits the attached Semiannual Monitoring Report
for the reporting period from July L,2023 through December 3L, 2023 as required by Condition
l.S.2.a of Title V Operation Permit No. 1300006003 for the Altamont Main Gas Processing Plant
(Altamont Plant).
There were two (2) deviations from the facility Title V Operating Permit conditions during the
compliance period covered by this six month monitoring report.

Monitoring Report for Permit # 1300006003

ln accordance with Operating Permit provision 1.S.2.a, and Utah Administrative Code (UAC)
R307-415-6a(3XcXi), the following monitoring report is submitted.
This Report covers the period from July t,2023 through December 3L,2023.
For the indicated reporting period:
There were no deviations from any permit requirements.
Attached is a list of permit requirements for which there were deviations. The
list includes the information required by Operating Permit provision l.S.2.a and
UAc R307-a1s-6a (3XcXi).
ln lieu of attachingthe above list, deviation reports submitted in accordance
with permit provision 1.S.2.c, and UAC R307-415-6a(3XcXii)as referenced below.
August 2,2023 submittalfor not repairing a OOOOa leaking valve
placed on delay of repair during the plant shutdown. The plan is to
repair to the valve during the next plant shutdown in June 2024.
Deviation was identified on July 25, 2023.
October 3,2023 submittalfor Unit ICE-6 exceeding permitted
emissions limit for CO. Deviation occurred on September 26, 2023 and
unit was successfully retested on September 28, 2023.
