The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) has completed a review of the Groundwater Sampling Report (Report) that was received on March 22, 2024, by Atlas on
behalf of City Loft Apartments.
The Division concurs with the findings of the Report and approves cessation of thegroundwater monitoring program at the site. The Report is hereby approved.
