Dear Mr. Lundberg:
As discussed during our telephone conversations and meetings through September 23, 2011, this letter
transmits Denison Mines (USA) Corp's ("Denison's") updated Draft Reclamation Plan Revision 5.0. This
transmittal includes two hard copies and a pdf version on CD Rom of Revision 5.0. This revision includes the
revised cover design which incorporates the vegetative cover contemplated by the Infiltration and
Contaminant Transport Model submitted by Denison in March 2010.
The Reclamation Plan Revision 5.0 includes in Appendix C a revised surety estimate that takes into account
the revised Reclamation Plan and cover design. The surety estimate in Appendix C also includes all the
items requested by DRC in the letter of September 13, 2011 from Mr. David Rupp.
