SUMMARY: The goal of the visit was to check-in on Phase I (Redwood Road Dump VCP) of
the project and to understand TOSA’s needs for timing on Phase II (The Other Side Village VCP).
TOSA has expressed interest in focusing on a smaller phase within Phase II. The group also
discussed potential options for excess fill material that would need to be removed from Phase II.
The group then walked the perimeter of Phase I and discussed some of the recent data and findings
from the site characterization report for Phase II.
