SUMMARY: The goal of the visit was to check in with the group on the status of the remedial
action plan (RAP) for the Redwood Road Dump VCP site. Most of the RAP has already been
implemented, with some remaining vapor mitigation systems not yet in place for the remainder of
the homes and the technical building to the south. The group also discussed the timing of
developing a monitoring well network as part of the site management plan now that construction
is mostly complete. The group then walked the perimeter of the site and checked the areas in real
time. All work completed to date has been consistent with the RAP.
