David,
The DERR has reviewed the proposed groundwater elevation monitoring for the Cannon Pioneer Landfill VCP site. We
accept the proposed monitoring with the following comments:
1. Please include the collection of groundwater elevations for the paired deep and shallow well locations.
2. Please provide a report of the field activities and the resulting data depicted on a figure with the report.
3. Please discuss the water elevation results as they relate to the mounding seen in the previous 2024 data.
4. We encourage the owner to consider collection of groundwater elevations during a seasonal high (such as spring of
2026) as well.
