The Division of Environmental Response and Remediation (DERR) has reviewed the Pallas
Yard O&M Report 2025 1st and 2nd Quarters which documents the two quarterly inspections of the
Pallas Yard site that occurred on March 9, 2025, and May 12, 2025, respectively. The report was
received via electronic mail on June 25, 2025.

The DERR has no comments on the documents and accepts the work in accordance with
the First Amended and Restated Environmental Covenant (Recorded with the County Recorder
April 8, 2025).
