Mark, Patti, and Sean,
Please see the attached Final version of the Pallas Yard MMP (including the updated SAP and QAPP). DERR and EPA
signed on pages 32/282 and 163/282. I posted this version to the UDEQ interactive map for publication, and it is now live.
I have accepted a promotion within the DERR and will be transitioning the Pallas Yard Site to a new project manager. I
want to reassure you that the Pallas Yard project is still in good hands. I have complete confidence in my colleague Leigh
Anderson, who I know will do an excellent job in taking over project management duties. Please remember that Bill Rees,
our program manager, is always available to provide support and answer any questions that may come up.
