Leigh and Ken,
Just wanted to check in and see where we are on the modifications to the Pallas Yard Environmental Covenant (EC). It is
my understanding that September 2024 is the drop-dead month for finalizing this document. UTA has completed the
Materials Management Plan (MMP) for Pallas Yard along with the Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) and Sampling
Analysis Plan (SAP). The Final version was posted to UDEQ interactive map for publication and is currently live.
Let me know if there is anything I can do to help the continued effort in modifying the Pallas Yard EC.
