Thank you, I will get on to reviewing this. We are still working on moving through the EC and memo with EPA, it sounds
like they need the EC to implement the memo. We'll be having a meeting today with our legal counsel to go over some
language change requests we were sent by EPA on the EC, and we hope that we'll be able to get that out for UTA and
EPA's review again soon.
