Kimberlee, and Leigh: Please advise Kaylee re UDEQ addressee.

Do I recall correctly, that when it is signed by the UDEQ Director, UDEQ will record this with the appropriate County?
Please advise Kimberlee and I when it’s recorded and provide EPA the record of recordation before returned the package
to UTA’s Mark Taggart.

EPA has signed our Pallas Yard No Further Five-Year Reviews Memo (attached). Aaron Urdiales will sign
the environmental covenant next Tuesday (and get it notarized) and we will get you a signature page
