EPA has signed our Pallas Yard No Further Five-Year Reviews Memo (attached). Aaron Urdiales will sign
the environmental covenant next Tuesday (and get it notarized) and we will get you a signature page

Not sure I understand what she means by a wet signature, especially after UTA has already signed it.

I think you can do that. I am curious if the recorder will have a problem recording documents with electronic signatures,
but I guess we’re going to find out soon enough.
