So sorry to send this email but we have been unable to get the Pallas EC recorded with the Recorder's office. We will
need to resign the document and try again.
In short, we have tried twice with no success. There have been issues with the notary stamp bleeding through the paper,
double siding and now they have indicated that the UTA signature was a copy for which they can't record a copy.
Attached is the last version we received back from the County. They included a cover page outlining their reasoning. As
you will see, that was the document that all the parties signed.
The second attachment to this email is a new PDF of the same covenant, just changing the dates on the signature pages
to 2025. Please re-print this document and sign. This time, let's do single spacing and ensur e all original signatures are
clear. I actually found out the type of paper can matter as it relates to the notary stamp.

I have the new document signed by Jay Fox. I was thinking the way to move forward with this is to have
you be the contact. I send you UTA’s original page (via mail) as does EPA and you construct the document
when you have all the pieces. And then onto the county.

Does that work for you?
