That's okay! I can conduct the site inspection on my own, I just didn't want to be a surprise.
Let me see how another site in the area responds to my request for times, so that I can get a few sites in the same day. Thanks again!

Sorry for the delay, it took a bit for Murray City to get back to me on their site. It looks like something in the afternoon of August 28th is our timeframe, I'll get back with you again on
specific time once the other group also narrows down their own schedule.

Hello, I will be heading out shortly to be at the site at 1 pm. I'll stop in to say hello so you know I'm there before starting in the parking lot, and I should be finished conducting the
inspection within a half hour to an hour after that.
