Hello, we sent out an invoice for work performed on the above site. We have been conducting site management of the Murray Firestation site based on a draft Site Management Pla
while we are working on updating a draft Environmental Covenant to fit our current templates. Once this is done we intend to finalize the Site Management Plan.
The Site Management Plan has us conduct an annual site inspection at the Fire Station to check that the land is still being used consistent to the Voluntary Cleanup Agreement, to
look for any breaks in the concrete and landscaping cover that might expose workers at the site to metals in soil, and then we go to the roof to check that the vapor mitigation risers
are still working as intended.
The Site was previously a UTA lay down yard which is why the official site name is a little less indicative than the colloquial Murray Fire Station.
