Hello, I'd like to reach out to you in order to talk about where we are on this site. We had been essentially treating this like
a completed site since May 2023 when we had approved the Remedial Action Implementation Report, while we worked
on a new template for Environmental Covenants in preparation for sending comments on the draft EC and draft SMP that
Murray city had provided us.
We are now prepared to move forward on this. Our next steps will be working on those comments to finalize the EC and
SMP for this site. After those are completed, we can work on the Certificate of Completion, which will refer back to the
SMP (and continued annual site inspections) relative to continuing to manage the site in the future.
I will be in touch again when we have the EC comments back from our legal team.

Hello Leigh,

I am going to have to do some background research on this. The person that was leading this retired from
Murray in early 2024. I would also like to include the Community and Economic Development Director so
that we have some continuity going forward. I will look into this to find where we are at and can reach back
out to you in about a week. Thanks for bringing this to my attention so that we can get it taken care of.
