Hello, I have been trying to follow up with the gateway group about checking the vapor mitigation system for the annual
inspection under the Site Management Plan. I'm unsure if Gateway 505/Greystar or Invesco is still involved with the
development and since I had your email from an old chain, I thought I would ask if the contact information I have is correct
or if I need to update my addresses and phone numbers.

We're happy to get this scheduled and are ready to move forward. Please let us know what you need from us to get it

My understanding was that we were waiting to hear from someone on your end regarding scheduling—apologies if
there was any miscommunication. Kyler has been coordinating with our maintenance team to prepare for the visit
and confirmed on Monday that everything is ready on our side.

Okay thank you. In the past it's been fine to have you conduct the inspection and fill out the form in the Site Management
Plan without the presence of anyone from the state, but given that we've had a bit of a gap between inspections I agree
that it could be a good idea for me to be present.

Hi Leigh,
I won’t be onsite on Monday, but I’ve copied Alex, our Service Manager, who has confirmed he will be available and is
happy to coordinate a time for the inspection. We open at 9:30, so please let us know what time works best for you
so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
Alex has been preparing for the visit and is familiar with the site plan, so he’ll be a great point of contact.

Hello again, after talking with some of my section our best bet I think is probably still to get in contact with the group that
installed your system and ask about the mismatched caps, and whether there's a reason for it or if they should be the
same as what's in the specs and the Site Management Plan.

Hello, I don't see a specific time frame given in the site management plan, certificate of completion, or either of the
Environmental Covenants. The inspection form indicates that anything that needs to be addressed should be addressed
"immediately," but that is also a little bit vague. I wouldn't be shocked if getting in contact with someone with the vendor
then getting a letter from the vendor to verify that the parts are okay or otherwise getting the right parts ordered and
installed if necessary might take a few months, so any time around then I think, but at least before the next annual site
inspection.
