Bill, Dave and Allison,
Please find attached our monthly submittal of information that includes the recent results of water level and
water quality monitoring of the Mayflower Waste Rock Pile. The attached December 2023 Monitoring package
includes your suggested revisions to Table 1 provided to me while meeting with Allison on January 4, 2024. The
revisions included the removal bold text and a few analytical result highlights for the Property Line Sump which
were not removed when we received clarification that groundwater screening levels apply to this monitoring
location. All your suggested modifications have been made for this report and they will also be reflected in
subsequent monthly monitoring reports.
