Hello Leigh –

We’ve scheduled to begin the next round of semi-annual groundwater sampling for the North Salt Lake site
and adjoining property on Thursday, 10/16. Gauging wells will be our first task, then we will continue with
low flow sampling until completion – anticipated to take most of next week.

Also, I’d like to take this opportunity to ask about the response to comments we provided to you in early July
– has DERR reviewed the response and do you intend to respond? I’ve attached the email with the
response document for reference.

Addendum prepared by WSP on behalf of GE Vernova. The response is organized to show DERR’s

In addition, the March 2025 onsite and off-site semi-annual groundwater monitoring reports will be provided
