Good Morning Leigh,

My colleague Marty Banks gave me your contact information. We have a client looking to purchase property in Salt Lake
that is subject to an environmental covenant pursuant to VCP Site ID #C082. I have attached the documents for your
reference. Our client would like to amend/assign the Holder to themselves just as the current owner did when it purchased
the property in 2019.

Do you mind either giving me a call letting me know how the Division proceeds with these requests? We are happy to
prepare a document similar to the one that was previously approved by the Division.

I could meet any time after 12:30 on Thursday. I’m out Friday. Monday is relatively wide open. Tuesday I can meet any
time after 1:30. Wednesday I can meet any time after noon. Thursday, I can meet any time before 2:30, and Friday I can
meet any time prior to 3:00—although I have been asked this question and I know other meetings may currently be in the
works, as well, so I’ll let you know if somebody schedules a meeting before this meeting is scheduled.

Hey Bill, got a call while I was in the GE meeting about this, wondering if you had a chance to talk to Kimberlee. He's
saying that he believes whoever owened the Alta Gateway in 2019 went through some process to update the EC to
change the holder and he's saying the new buyers would like to do this too. Admittedly this doesn't sound familiar to me,
but it could be because I only picked up the property on the tail end of everything and worked on the COC EC and SMP at
about that point.

We worked together earlier this year on the north temple landfill matter while I was at SITLA. I have moved over to Parr
Brown and have a client who is purchasing a property in SLC and has a question on assigning the holder of an
environmental covenant. I spoke with Leigh briefly last week and she said she needed to talk to you, so I figured I would
reach out directly.
