Report and CCR Certification to Division of Drinking Water
Thank you for submitting your 2024 Consumer Confidence Report and CCR Certification Notice. The
Division of Drinking Water (DDW) has reviewed and approved the content and determined it meets the
requirements of the CCR Rule. Mantua Town Water is thus returned to compliance with the CCR Rule.
DDW has removed penalty points added to your system’s Improvement Priority System (IPS) score, and
the Enforcement Targeting Tool (ETT) score.

You can view your system’s current IPS score and report on the DDW WaterLink tool at
waterlink.utah.gov. Thank you again for your dedication to keeping your customers informed on the
quality of their water and to ensuring your system is in compliance with Utah Division of Drinking Water
