On March 19, 2024 representatives of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) conducted a compliance evaluation inspection at your facility. The scope of the
inspection was to determine compliance with the Utah Solid and Hazardous Waste Rules. Upon review of documentation provided to the Division during the inspection and via email on March
27, 2024 and April 10, 2024, your facility is found to be in compliance with the applicable rules.
