This module included the various requirements and restrictions associated with temporary cover placement and settlement monitoring. For this inspection, all available records were examined including, but not limited to: ES cell approval forms, daily construction reports, temporary cover maps, and cell approval forms from March 2023 through March 2024, ES staff were interviewed, and CQA/QC revision 28c was reviewed for compliance with DRC rules. Future 2024 inspections will emphasis on rope lines and protection of settlement stands, and the presents of Dry Active Waste (DAW) blowing onto final cover. During the inspection, several of the parameters were selected for review including visually inspecting temporary cover, temporary cover erosion, visually inspecting settlement monuments, survey reviews, and inspecting paperwork for completeness. This inspection reflects Class A West cell design and standards. At this time Module 15 appears to be compliant and therefore, the 2024 Module 15 engineering inspection is considered closed out.
