Randy Larsen:

The Division of Drinking Water records show this water system is in violation of the State of Utah Public
Drinking Water Rules as follows:

Utah Administration Code Rule R309-211-9(1) states that any confirmed fecal coliform-positive or
Escherichia coliform (E. coli) -positive sample is an E coli Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) violation.
The Division’s records show that your system had a confirmed E. coli event in May 2025, as routine and
repeat samples tested for bacterial contamination showed the presence of E. coli. This violation results in
the addition of 50 points to this system’s Improvement Priority System (IPS) Report and could adversely
affect this system’s rating (R309-400). These IPS points will remain on the IPS report for 12 months of
operation.
