Exception Granted: R309-515-6(6)(i) | The Wasatch Mobile Home Park is located within the service area of Daniels Town. The local fire code
official has determined that the State Fire Code applies to Wasatch Mobile Home Park resulting in a fire storage requirement of 60,000 gallons. The
local fire code official also indicated that fire storage would be taken from Daniel Municipal Water identified as UTAH26005 in the Division’s
database. Therefore, Wasatch Mobile Home Park is not required to have fire storage.

The Wasatch Mobile Home Park is required to provide at least 4,000 gallons of storage for indoor and outdoor demands based on a population of
31 and a total of 10 connections. The indoor storage requirement is 400 gallons per ERC.

meet the storage requirements.

The Wasatch Mobile Home Park does have the MHP Well 1 which is identified as WS001 in the Division’s database. The Well Driller’s Report
available with the Division of Water Right’s indicates a well test was performed for 1 hour using a bailer. The bailer test indicates a flow rate of 32
gallons per minute (GPM) with 20 feet drawdown. Based on this estimated flow rate, the MHP Well 1 (WS001) has much greater capacity than is
required for indoor and outdoor demands.
