System lacks more than 20% of required storage capacity (fire demand not included) Rule: R309-510-8(1)(a)Rule requires a public water system to provide equalization storage volume (to meet average day demands for indoor and irrigation water use), fire flow storage volume (if equipped with fire hydrants for fire suppression or required by the local fire code official), and emergency storage (if deemed appropriate by the water system or the Director). This significant deficiency must be corrected within 120 days of notification or have a corrective action plan approved by DDW. Notes:The system has an exception for this.
