Box 218 Grants, New Mexico 87020 RE: Radioactive Material License Number UTl 900481 Dear Mr. Ray: On July 21, 2010, an inspection was conducted at your facility located in the Lisbon Valley, San Juan County, Utah by Ryan Johnson a representative of the Division of Radiation Control ofthe Utah Department of Environmental Quality. The inspection was an examination of the activities conducted in your facility as they relate to compliance with the Utah Radiation Control Rules and the conditions of the license. The inspection consisted of observations by the inspector. During this inspection, the items observed were found to be in compliance with the Utah Radiation Control Rules and requirements for this license. Thank you for cooperating in this matter. Postings and Fencing: The inspector observed the fencing gates and postings in the areas that were visited. All ofthe fencing around the restricted area that was observed appeared to be maintained and in good repair. The gates that the inspector observed had chains and locks and posting around the restricted area and by each gate read "Caution Radioactive Material".
