Rule: R309-515-7(7)(d), R309-545-15(1)All vents on junction and collection boxes shall comply with R309-545 and be
downturned a minimum of 2 inches below any opening and shielded to prevent the
entrance of contaminants. This significant deficiency must be corrected within 120 days
of notification or have a corrective action plan approved by DDW.
Notes:The elevated vent pipe was bent over from heavy snow.
