Lisbon Sampling Event - May 2011
Dear Mr. Lundberg,
Please be advised that the latest sampling results for monitor well EF-8
indicate that the v/ell status is Probable-Out-Of-Compliance according to
paragraphs 53.A and B of the above referenced license. The sample was
taken on May 26, 2011. The reported uranium value for EF-8 was 0.332 mg/L;
the Uranium Target Action Level for this monitor well is 0.30 mg/L. A copy of
the Energy Laboratory report sheet for this well is attached with this letter.
Rio Algom Mining will commence sampling EF-8 on a quarterly basis for at
least two quarters, per paragraph 53.C{2), unless otherwise directed by the
Executive Secretary.
