We received our sanitary survey deficiency report last night and have a few actions already taken.
The are at ws011 Manti City well at 204 w 500 north. We had an unsealed opening on wellhead.
Were told to silicon opening so bugs couldn't get into.
Second was a pressure gauge installation on discharge line for booster pump. These are both in
the same building.
Any questions let me know.
