Findings and Closeout
Dear Ms. Weinel:

On April 16, 2018, an inspection was conducted at your facility in Blanding, Utah by a representative of
the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control. Results of the inspection were discussed
with David Turk at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection was an examination of the activities conducted in your facility as they relate to
compliance with Utah’s Radiation Control Rules and the conditions of the license. The inspection
consisted of selective examinations of procedures and observations by the inspector.
Based on the findings documented during the inspection, the items reviewed were found to be in
compliance with applicable rules and the requirements for this license.
