2. Upstream slope is covered with a flexible membrane liner.
3. Downstream face is starting to show erosion rills. Erosion had not proceeded to a point requiring immediate
attention. Grooming the slope at this time would remove the established plant community aloing with its roots.
This would actually accelerate erosion. Energy Fuels should monitor the slopes and repair once rills start head
cutting near crest or reach about 6" in depth, whichever happens first. See Photo 10 as typical.
