Jen,
Will you please remove the following deficiencies from Whispering Pines:
D019 - Lines were installed before the 1995 date. I have attached the system plans.
V004 - they do have a ladder onsite. The tank is under 20' and the ladder they have meets the rule.
I marked both of the compliant on the survey this year.
