Dear Mr. Frydenlund:
On May 5, 2017, the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control received the updated
performance bond used to fund the surety which was approved on April 28, 2017. Review of the bond has been completed, and the bond has been found satisfactory.
Based on the findings documented during the review, the items reviewed were found to be in
compliance with the Radiation Control Rules and requirements for this license.
