Dear Mr. Frydenlund:

The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has completed its review of the annual
surety estimate submitted by EFR on March 2, 2018. The surety amount of $19,759,960, a decrease of $1,142,242 from the currently funded $20,902,202, is hereby approved.

The 2019 surety submittal should include an updated vendor quote for the seed and seed application, and
should reflect the corrected haul route J-J.
