Dear Mr. Frydenlund:
Pursuant to the RML, Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. (EFR) submitted to the Division of
Radiation Control (DRC) the annual surety estimate on March 4, 2014 and a revised estimate on
October 14, 2014. The DRC has reviewed the submittals and approves the surety amount of
$21,673,619. This is an increase of $547,470 from the currently funded $21,126,149.
Please submit an updated 2014 surety instrument in the amount of $21,673,619. Please provide
this evidence within 60 calendar days of receipt of this approval letter.
