and Radiation Control (DWMRC) approved an increase in surety in the amount of $519,784 for a total of
$22,580,768 for the above referenced radioactive material license.
Please find enclosed a surety rider reflecting a surety increase in the amount $519,784 bringing the total
surety amount for the radioactive material license to $22,580,768.
