License Condition Number 9.5 - Surety Update
Dear Mr. Anderson:
Pursuant to License Condition No. 9.5 of State of Utah Radioactive Material License No. UT lg}O47g,
please find enclosed two (2) copies, and two (2) CDs containing an electronic word searchable copy of
the revised reclamation and decommissioning cost estimate in support of the surety bond on the White
MesaMill.
The attached reclamation estimate is based on Revision 5.lB of the Reclamation Plan, submitted to the
Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (*DWMRC") in February 2018. The revised
reclamation estimate and surety amount is $19,759,960 which is a decrease from the current surety
amount of $20,X)2,202. The attached updated estimate represents the revisions to the Reclamation Plan
Revision 5.1B. This update is designated Revision 5.lB{2 and should replace Attachment C in its
entirety.
