Scope of Work: Remove old Steel Manway Lids over the Fill Sumps and Annular Space, replacing with
new Composite Material Manways . Work involves saw cutting, demolition around the designated
Manways (T-1 Fill & Annular, T-2 Fill & Annular, T-3 Fill & Annular, T-4 Fill & Annular). Retrofit
modification related to the Top Hats Spill Buckets. OPW Retrofit materials are Manufacture Like for Like.
No modifications to be performed on existing underground Product or Vapor lines. Upon completion of
the Retrofit Manways, contractor to pour back concrete.
