SUMMARY: This initial site visit followed the signing of the Voluntary Cleanup Agreement. The
group walked to each area of concern at the site and discussed its history and previous sample
points. All buildings have been demolished down to their foundations, and the entire site is paved.
Several subsurface features, including drains, sumps, and oil-water separators were identified
across the site. However, not all of these features could be identified in the field or were marked
on previous reports.
The site also contains two leaking underground storage tank (LUST) facilities. Both DERR project
managers for those LUST facilities were present during the visit.
