This letter is in response to the resolution of items listed by your agency as not being in
compliance during an inspection on July 15, 1996.
A. Item #R315-5-10 Accumulation Time I Part D
Labels were provided by Eltex Environmental Services - A11 Employees were
instructed to label container before use.
Item #R315-5-10 Accumulation Time lPartE
The following were designated as emergency coordinators in case of emergency:
1. Mark H. Riley (Owner)
2. Mark Thompson (Shop Foreman)
Item #R315-5-10 Accumulation Time / Part F
Sheets were made up and posted next to each phone containing information requested
on evaluation form and employees were notified of the relevance of these sheets.
Item #315-5-10 Accumulation Time / Part G
Employees were informed of hazardous rvaste proced,.rres during the August Health
and Safety Meeting held on August 19,1996.
Item # R315-5-10 Accumulation Time / Part H
In naming emergency coordinators, employees were informed of the duties of
emergency coordinator.
F. Rules found in 40 CFR 265 Subpart 1 (Use and Management of Containers) / Part C
All employees were informed during monthly Safety Meeting that all lids and bungs
must be left in drums unless they are being filled.
G. Rules found in 40 CFR 265 Subpart C (Preparedness and hevention)
We have sent a notification letter to our local fire department in early September and
have not received response as of this time.

Also during your inspoction you showed concern towards the disposal of filters from our
paint spray booth. In researching these items, we found that the intake filters which contain dust
from the inside of our shop, may be disposed of in our regular waste pickup. We also are now
sending our exhaust paint filters containing paint dust to our waste disposal provider.
We feel we have resolved these iterns and welcome any comments regarding these matters.
