Hi Bill,
I'm in the process of reviewing the updated DWSP plan for Sun Archview's Well #1 (WS001) and Well #3 (WS003),
received on December 22, 2023. A few things I need addressed before I can concur —
The 2020 revised plan included the following in language in the implementation section "Sanitary Sewer Mains,
Archview will inspect Zones 1 and 2 quarterly to identify surface expression of broken sanitary sewer lines and
annually with a camera to assess the structural integrity of the sanitary sewer lines. Results of these inspections
will be kept on file in the Resort Manager’s office. Any identified damage will be repaired.". Therefore, I
would expect to see recordkeeping in the 2023 updated plan showing that this implementation occured. Can you
confirm if sewer lines within the protection zones were/are being cameraed? If so, do you have any record of this
being completed?
In the 2023 update for Well #1, it was stated that on August 3, 2020, Sun Archview LLC provided residents public
education on septic. To meet the recordkeeping requirement, could you please provide a copy of what material
was/is being distributed?
Section 7 in the 2023 update for Well #3 states that no PCSs are assessed as inadequately controlled. However,
the onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) in zone 3 was previously assessed as inadequately controlled.
This section should state that septic is inadequately controlled and that public education is being implemented to
meet the management strategy for it. Recordkeeping of this implementation should also be included in this plan;
when implementation occurred and an example of the material distributed. This would essentially be a copy of the
implementation done for Well #1 since both plans appear to refer to the same LUWDS.
I can provide 30 days before a formal disapproval letter is drafted.

I'm in the process of reviewing the updated DWSP plan for Sun Archview's Well #1 (WS001) and Well #3 (WS003),
received on December 22, 2023. A few things I need addressed before I can concur —
The 2020 revised plan included the following in language in the implementation section "Sanitary Sewer Mains,
Archview will inspect Zones 1 and 2 quarterly to identify surface expression of broken sanitary sewer lines and
annually with a camera to assess the structural integrity of the sanitary sewer lines. Results of these inspections
will be kept on file in the Resort Manager’s office. Any identified damage will be repaired.". Therefore, I
would expect to see recordkeeping in the 2023 updated plan showing that this implementation occured. Can you
confirm if sewer lines within the protection zones were/are being cameraed? If so, do you have any record of this
being completed?
In the 2023 update for Well #1, it was stated that on August 3, 2020, Sun Archview LLC provided residents public
education on septic. To meet the recordkeeping requirement, could you please provide a copy of what material
was/is being distributed?
Section 7 in the 2023 update for Well #3 states that no PCSs are assessed as inadequately controlled. However,
the onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) in zone 3 was previously assessed as inadequately controlled.
This section should state that septic is inadequately controlled and that public education is being implemented to
meet the management strategy for it. Recordkeeping of this implementation should also be included in this plan;
when implementation occurred and an example of the material distributed. This would essentially be a copy of the
implementation done for Well #1 since both plans appear to refer to the same LUWDS.
I can provide 30 days before a formal disapproval letter is drafted.

I'm in the process of reviewing the updated DWSP plan for Sun Archview's Well #1 (WS001) and Well #3 (WS003),
received on December 22, 2023. A few things I need addressed before I can concur —
The 2020 revised plan included the following in language in the implementation section "Sanitary Sewer Mains,
Archview will inspect Zones 1 and 2 quarterly to identify surface expression of broken sanitary sewer lines and
annually with a camera to assess the structural integrity of the sanitary sewer lines. Results of these inspections
will be kept on file in the Resort Manager’s office. Any identified damage will be repaired.". Therefore, I
would expect to see recordkeeping in the 2023 updated plan showing that this implementation occured. Can you
confirm if sewer lines within the protection zones were/are being cameraed? If so, do you have any record of this
being completed?
In the 2023 update for Well #1, it was stated that on August 3, 2020, Sun Archview LLC provided residents public
education on septic. To meet the recordkeeping requirement, could you please provide a copy of what material
was/is being distributed?
Section 7 in the 2023 update for Well #3 states that no PCSs are assessed as inadequately controlled. However,
the onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) in zone 3 was previously assessed as inadequately controlled.
This section should state that septic is inadequately controlled and that public education is being implemented to
meet the management strategy for it. Recordkeeping of this implementation should also be included in this plan;
when implementation occurred and an example of the material distributed. This would essentially be a copy of the
implementation done for Well #1 since both plans appear to refer to the same LUWDS.
I can provide 30 days before a formal disapproval letter is drafted.

I'm in the process of reviewing the updated DWSP plan for Sun Archview's Well #1 (WS001) and Well #3 (WS003),
received on December 22, 2023. A few things I need addressed before I can concur —
The 2020 revised plan included the following in language in the implementation section "Sanitary Sewer Mains,
Archview will inspect Zones 1 and 2 quarterly to identify surface expression of broken sanitary sewer lines and
annually with a camera to assess the structural integrity of the sanitary sewer lines. Results of these inspections

will be kept on file in the Resort Manager’s office. Any identified damage will be repaired.". Therefore, I
would expect to see recordkeeping in the 2023 updated plan showing that this implementation occured. Can you
confirm if sewer lines within the protection zones were/are being cameraed? If so, do you have any record of this
being completed?
In the 2023 update for Well #1, it was stated that on August 3, 2020, Sun Archview LLC provided residents public
education on septic. To meet the recordkeeping requirement, could you please provide a copy of what material
was/is being distributed?
Section 7 in the 2023 update for Well #3 states that no PCSs are assessed as inadequately controlled. However,
the onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) in zone 3 was previously assessed as inadequately controlled.
This section should state that septic is inadequately controlled and that public education is being implemented to
meet the management strategy for it. Recordkeeping of this implementation should also be included in this plan;
when implementation occurred and an example of the material distributed. This would essentially be a copy of the
implementation done for Well #1 since both plans appear to refer to the same LUWDS.
I can provide 30 days before a formal disapproval letter is drafted.

1. I don’t think there are records of annual camera inspection Sanitary Sewer Lines for zones 1 and 2 for well 1.
We plan to get this done ASAP.
2. Sun Archview completed a new storage tank. Well 1 will only be used for backup, however Bac-T
testing of well 1 would be continued. Sun Archview has requested amending the language in the 2020 plan
from Tetra Tech and eliminate the annual camera inspection requirement.
3. Attached is the Public Notice Statement that was posted at the store. Will see that it is posted at the RV park.
4. Well 3 has “protected aquifer” status, therefore not the same implementation as well 1. I can clarify this
with Source Protection plan submittal.

The notice was posted in the bathrooms and check in desk.

Jimbo and Jason are lining up a camera inspection of the sewer lines in zones 1 and 2. They are hoping to get this
done week of September 29th. Would have been done this week, however inspection was postponed due to camera
issues. We will keep you posted on that front.

Great, thank you for providing proof of implementation for public education via factsheets. Did Riverside Plumbing provide
any documentation from camering the sewer lines that you could provide as recordkeeping? This documentation should
suggest that no cracks, breaks, or other integrity issues were observed.

Please find attached inspection letter from Riverside Plumbing. Inspection was done on October 1 and showed no
issues.

Camera inspection video is in the following link. There was one active line in the well zones 1 and 2.
