Are any of the other two tanks in this system going to be removed as part of this
project?
This project does not include the removal of any existing
tanks.RJL 3/14/2024
Sheet PP2 shows the inlet, outlet and overflow locations in the plan view. Each of
these should have a note to indicate which one they are. Also, the outlet overflow
appears to be shown in this view. I assume that the drain and overflow will be
combined in the same drain location. This location should reference detail C on Sheet
D3 (I assume) also to ensure it is done correctly.
Notes have been added to Sheet PP2 to identify the inlet,
outlet, and overflow lines. Additionally, a detail reference
has been added to the drain location to ensure that it is
constructed correctly.

Sheet ST3 shows the required slope of the roof but the floor slope is not indicated.
This should also be noted in this detail.
The floor slope shall be 1.5%. The floor slope has been
indicated on B/ST3. Additionally, this information has been
added to the design criteria table on Sheet G5.
EL 3/14/2024
The air vent pipe penetration detail 310 on Sheet ST11 shall meet the following from
the rule:
"Vent pipes, in addition to seepage rings, shall have raised concrete curbs that direct
water away from the vent pipe and are formed as a single pour with the roof deck."
The Tank Roof Vent detail 310/ST11 has been updated per
requirements.EL 3/14/2024
The air vent detail 310 on Sheet ST11 does not show how high above the covered tank
surface it needs to be. This dimension should be added.
A minimum height requirement has been added to the Tank
Roof Vent detail 310/ST11.EL 3/14/2024
The access hatch details 307 and 308 needs to have enough detail to show the
minimum requirements that it is raised up at least 4 inches above the concrete curb,
with a 2-inch shoebox close fitting downturn, lockable, and has a gasket on the
underside with no penetrations through the hatch lid.
Interior Ladder detail 308/ST11 has been updated per
requirements.EL 3/14/2024
