Rule: R309-510-7(1)Rule requires a water system's source capacity to legally and physically meet the peak
day demand and the average yearly demand. This significant deficiency must be
corrected within 120 days of notification or have a corrective action plan approved by
DDW.
Notes:The water system believes that Bear River WCD can provide sufficient water through their
connection to meet the system's source capacity requirements. I recommended drawing up
an agreement with BRWCD to show that they can provide the required amount to resolve
this deficiency.
