strove to address the R309-530-8(7)(a) and (b) checklist items concisely in the report language, but also give
you a copy of the Westech Equipment submittal information if you are curious to deep dive into specific

While you’re away, who would be the best point of contact for the concurrence letter? We want to keep the design
process moving so we can stay on track with our client milestones. Depending on the outcome of your review this
week, would it be acceptable for us to proceed with the design work, with the understanding that the concurrence letter
will follow once you return?

I've reviewed the PDR and have no comments that need to be addressed. You are welcome to continue the design
process moving forward in the meantime without the formal concurrence letter. I will prioritize it once I return.
