Dear Mr. Schon:
On March 5, 2025, EnergySolutions submitted a request to modify Appendix C, CQA Plan for Collection Lysimeterin order to update changes that had been made to titles and form references
(DRC-2025-002305). This was followed by several resubmissions which included redline strike-out versions of Appendix C, and an additional request to modify associated information in
Appendix B, the Water Monitoring Quality Assurance Plan (DRC-2025-001197, DRC-2025-002307, DRC-2025-001970). The Division has completed their review of these requests and has approved
the final version of these submissions, dated June 10, 2025 (DRC-2025-001970).
These changes will be reflected in the upcoming renewal of the Ground Water Quality Discharge Permit No. UGW450065.
