Dear Mr. Rogers:
On March 31, 2025, an in-office inspection was performed by representatives of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division). The inspection assessed waste handling,
washing, and waste-water pond facilities as they relate to compliance with the Best Available Technology requirements of the Ground Water Quality Discharge Permit No. UGW450005 (Permit).
Based on the findings documented during the inspection, the items observed and reviewed were found to be in compliance with the requirements of the Permit. The Division considers this
inspection closed.
