Dear Mr. Rogers:
Representatives of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control performed Health Physics Inspection Module 19, Laboratory, on July 10, 2025. The inspection was a verification
of compliance with Utah Radiation Control Rules and the conditions of your Radioactive Materials Licenses as they relate to radiological safety at the Clive Facility.
The inspection consisted of interviewing EnergySolutions staff, examining samplingdocumentation, and examining possible radiological contamination within the lab.
All items inspected met applicable regulatory requirements and site procedures, and no further action is required in regard to this inspection.
