Inspection Module 10, Containerized Waste Facility
Dear Mr. Rogers:
From June 10, 2025, through July 10, 2025, representatives of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control performed Health Physics Inspection Module 10, Containerized Waste
Facility(CWF). The inspection was a verification of compliance with Utah Radiation Control Rules and the conditions of your Radioactive Materials Licenses as they relate to radiological
safety at the Clive Facility.
The inspection consisted of interviewing EnergySolutions staff, observing waste handling at the CWF, and reviewing documentation/ procedures that related to CWF.
All items inspected met applicable regulatory requirements and site procedures, and no further action is required in regard to this inspection.
